The Oldest Roman Catholic Church in Singapore, Cathedral of the Good Shepherd

The oldest Roman Catholic Church in Singapore - Cathedral of the Good Shepherd which was built in 1843 to 1847 is located at No.4 Queen Street.
Designed by Denis Lesley McSwiney with Renaissance style, traditional cruciform plan, and Roman Doric pillars, the Church later on got an additional tower and spire modeled after J. T. Thomson spire of the St Andrew's Church.

This Catholic Church is then become a home of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese and Archbishop.
If you visit the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd now, you’ll find the relic of St. Laurent Imbert preserved here. He is the first priest visited Singapore who was later martyred in Korea.
