Labrador Park, an Idyllic Place for Everyone

Labrador Park in Singapore is the best place to learn the military history, to know how British protect Singapore’s harbor in eighteen century.

There are so many things to learn about it in a relax and fun way.

As a start, when you walk in a lush greenery you’ll see the fort, war relics, and tunnels.

Some of the War Relics:
  • The Canon:

    Labrador Park - War Relic

  • The Machine Gun Post:

  • The Tunnels:
Witness the war tunnels (constructed in 1886) where there are storerooms to serve the gun emplacement and hoist room with a mechanical pulley system.

You are not allowed to enter the tunnel unless with guided tour available daily from 10.00am-7.00pm with entrance fee of S$8.00 for adults and S$5.00 for children.

The number you can call for further information is +65 6339 6833.

Beside of the history and war relics, Labrador Park is an ideal place for family picnic, barbequing, fishing, jogging along its 300m beach promenade or watching the cruise ships pass by, nature walk – take your steps on to the Aerial Staircase, and watch the sunset or walking along the jetty enjoying the sea-breeze.

There is also an attractive spot for the kids. There is a nice play-house to play with.

Other good things about Labrador Park are the dining facilities that will give you a romantic setting – good for couples, the spa at Raintree Spa , and the pre-war bungalows hotel.
