Tai Sing is one of the toy stores in Singapore famous for selling cheap toys.

Occupying one of the shophouses unit in the cozy nook of Kampong Glam area, Tai Sing has 6000 varieties specializing in boy toys such as racing cars, radio control cars, model kits, and Stikfas – Singapore action figurine.

Of course they also sell dolls and other girl toys. They ever sold a sixteen inch Hawaiian doll at S$8.00. I don’t think you can buy that doll at similar price else where in Singapore.

You can also buy a remote-controlled racing car at S$15.00 or even cheaper here.

Do you know the price of the remote-controlled 4WD Nitro Powered Car (complete set)? It will cost you less than 500 Singapore dollars in this store.

I think it’s enough to say how cheap the toys there. You may start thinking, ehm…there must be a trade-off buying the toy from them.

Well, the only trade-off is the packaging.

Sometimes you may find broken corner of the box packaging, dusty, or torn. But, most of the toys are in good condition. You’ll need a little bit of time to check them out.
